There's something special about the moments when everything slows down.
The softening of their eyes. The lowering of their head. That deep breath, followed by a quiet lick and chew.
The subtle moments when you can almost feel the tension leaving their body.
In these moments, we realize how much our horses have to say when we take the time to listen.
Because to you, your horse is so much more than an athlete or a means to an end.
They're your partner, your best friend, your safe place, and sometimes, your greatest teacher.
You want more than just results. You want to understand them.
To recognize when something isn't right, to support them when they're struggling,
and to give them every opportunity to feel comfortable, confident, and capable in their own body.
I believe that caring for our horses means looking beyond the obvious.
Understanding that their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being are all connected,
and that each horse deserves to be seen and understood as an individual.
Because when we take care of the whole horse, we're not just improving how they move.
We're strengthening the connection that makes the partnership so special in the first place.

My journey into equine bodywork began with my own horse, Ace. When he started having trouble under saddle, I became determined to understand what was happening in his body and how I could help him move and feel better. As I saw results and felt the difference in my horse, my curiosity quickly grew into a passion for helping all our horses feel and perform their best.

In the winter of 2022, I attended my first Holistic Horseworks clinic, initially seeking knowledge to benefit my own horses. That experience sealed the deal. I knew I wanted to turn my passion into something more and help as many horses as possible.

That winter, I immersed myself in education and hands-on learning and earned my certification as an Equine Musculoskeletal Unwinding Practitioner through Holistic Horseworks in spring 2023. To round out my education, I also completed Level 1 certification through Midwest Natural Healing for Animals.

Since then, I've continued expanding my knowledge and skills through specialized training, earning certifications in:
  • PKS Equine Myofascial & Craniosacral Release
  • Holistic Horseworks Level 2 – Applied Kinesiology
  • Holistic Horseworks Level 3 – Cranio Decompression
I am currently completing my studies with the London College of Animal Osteopathy, having finished my clinical training and now working on my final research thesis.

What began as a desire to help one horse has grown into a passion for understanding the horse as a whole. I believe movement, comfort, and performance are deeply interconnected, and my approach looks beyond isolated areas of discomfort to understand how the entire body works together.

My education continues to evolve, but my goal remains the same: to help horses feel better, move more freely, and be the best version of themselves.
